No Soul for Sale Exhibition
Tate Modern
London, UK

Jonathan Middleton, Curator/Director of the Or Gallery, Vancouver, is presenting Brown Globe at No Soul for Sale at Tate Modern in mid-May.

No Soul For Sale – A Festival of Independents
– will bring together over 70 of the world’s independent art spaces, non-profit organizations, and artists’ collectives, from Shanghai to Rio de Janeiro, to take over the Tate's Turbine Hall with an eclectic mix of arts events, performances, music, and film on 14-16 May 2010.

No Soul For Sale is the brainchild of artist Maurizio Cattelan and curators Cecilia Alemani and Massimiliano Gioni. The idea for the festival was developed to foster a spirit of independence and diversity by inviting artist collectives and underground enterprises from across the world to take part, including, among others, Alternative Space ArtHub (Shanghai), Artists Space (New York), e-flux (Berlin), PiST (Istanbul), Latitudes (Barcelona), no.w.here (London), Loop (Seoul), The Royal Standard (Liverpool), Tranzit (Prague), VIAFARINI (Milan), White Columns (New York), Y3K (Melbourne), Artspeak (Vancouver), Or Gallery (Vancouver), and Western Front (Vancouver).
